The Stableford scoring system will be used to allocate points, this is as follows:

The number of points awarded on each hole is determined based on comparison of the number of strokes taken to par. Each player’s par will be adjusted in relation to the player’s handicap. Because of this, it is still possible to be competitive even allowing for a few bad holes. Once a player has taken two strokes more than their adjusted par, it is then not possible to score any points on that hole. Players must still play out the hole for the purpose of The Last Man Standing and calculating handicaps. At the end of the round, the number of points scored on each hole is totaled to give a final score. The winner is the player with the highest point’s total.

A player’s par score will be adjusted as per the stroke indexes (SI) of the holes, starting at the lowest stroke index 1 hole, through to the highest, stroke index 18. For example, a 12 handicap golfer would increase their par by one on holes indexed 1 through 12, a 30 handicap player would increase the score by 2 on holes indexed 1 through 12 and by one for the rest.

The number of points (in relation to player’s adjusted par) awarded per hole is as follows:

0 points – 2 strokes or more over par (double bogey)

1 point – 1 stroke over par (bogey)

2 points – 0 strokes over (par)

3 points – 1 stroke under (birdie)

4 points – 2 strokes under (eagle)

5 points – 3 strokes under (albatross)

6 points – 4 strokes under (condor)
